We all have time to either spend or waste and it is our decision what we do with it.
But once passed, it is gone forever.

For it is easy to criticize and break down the spirit of others, but to know yourself takes a lifetime.

Defeat is not defeat unless accepted as a reality in your own mind.

Everything you do, if not in a relaxed state will be done at a lesser level that you are proficient.

For people will hear them and be influenced by them for good or ill.

You will not be punished for your anger.
You will be punished by your anger.

You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.

It is a man’s own mind, not his enemy or foe, that lures him to evil ways.

The mind is everything.
What you think, you become.

I never see what has been done.
I only see what remains to be done.

No one saves us but ourselves.
No one can and no one may.
We ourselves must walk the path.
