If You Find Yourself Banned On Facebook. Once upon a time on Facebook, I was…
Feel The Love.
Come and sit by me, don’t be afraid.
You are safe from harm and free from pain.
Just feel the love from those below,
The good souls that loved you so.
Go and play with the other dogs that wait
To meet their masters at Heaven’s gate.
I Am An Animal Rescuer.
I have bought dog food with my last dime.
I have patted a mangy head with a bare hand.
I have hugged someone vicious and afraid.
I have fallen in love a thousand times.
And I have cried into the fur of a lifeless body too many times to count.
I am an Animal Rescuer.
My work is never done.
My home is never quiet.
My wallet is always empty.
But my heart is always, always full.
I Feel Just So Alone.
I’m feeling really sad today
My person’s thrown me out.
He’s got a new girlfriend
All she does is shout.
They left me out in the rain,
A lady found me in a ditch,
My life is not the same.
I’m sitting in a shelter now
I have no takers yet,
I wait each day and wonder what comes next.
I long for a home to call my own,
I feel just so alone.
Flutter By.
They flutter by, in colourful splendour
As they desperately flaunt, their given gender.
They are so eager, to copulate
They never pause, to think or wait.
Very soon their offspring, they will lay
And fly off regardless, of who will pay
When their greedy and destructive, little grubs
Devour carefully cultivated, plants and shrubs.
The world’s gardeners, pay the price
Of this annoying, vice.

My Dog.
I gave you shelter,
You gave me joy.
I gave you food,
You gave me loyalty.
I gave you walks,
You gave me companionship.
I gave you my heart,
You gave me unconditional love.
Little Creatures.
The little bugs that scurry,
The little beasts that creep
Among the grasses and the weeds
And where the leaves are deep.
All of them were made by God
As part of His design,
Remember that the world is theirs,
Not only yours and mine.
I Loved You The Best.
So this is where we part, my friend,
And you’ll run on, around the bend,
Gone from sight, but not from mind,
New pleasures there you’ll surely find.
Your place I will hold, you will be missed,
The fur I stroked, the nose I kissed.
And as you journey to your final rest,
Take with you this.. I LOVED YOU THE BEST.

May Your Beauty Never End.
Magpies, magpies, black and white
Magpies, magpies, black and white
Sitting in the trees at night
With your shiny wings and sharp, sharp beak
You’re a sight to behold, sleek and chic.
Dancing in the branches, singing in the rain,
Magpies are a joy to see, never causing any pain.
So here’s a little tribute to you, dear magpie friend,
May your beauty never end.
We Never Pause To Wonder.
We are living graves of murdered beasts
Slaughtered to satisfy our appetites.
We never pause to wonder at our feasts,
If animals like men could possibly have rights.
We pray on Sunday that we may have light,
To guide our footsteps on the paths we tread.
We are sick of war, we do not want to fight,
And we gorge ourselves upon the dead.
Like Carrion Crows we live and feed on meat,
Regardless of the suffering and pain
We cause by doing so, in this we treat,
Defenceless animals for sport or gain.

The Murder Of Baby ‘Farm’ Animals.
What was you thinking little one
When you saw your mother brutally killed?
Fear, confusion, blood being spilled.
What were your final thoughts
When the psycho pointed his knife at you?
Your soul now in Heaven, I’m sure
You and your mum together
To love and to live for evermore.

If You Truly Care.
If you love and protect one
But turn your back on another.
if you stand up for some
But for many you don’t bother.
If you speak up for some
To help stop their abuse
But believe that others
Are here for our use.
If you truly care about animals
As most people profess,
Then no animal on Earth
Deserves anything less.
Finding Quiet Peace.
When your day seems out of sorts
And so many things go wrong.
When people fight around you
And the day drags on and on.
Wrap your arms around your dog,
Rest your head on his shoulder.
Things will start to seem okay,
Your tension and stress ebbing away.
You will start to feel at ease
Your mind finding quiet peace.
